HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule Online Training FY 10 The training is aimed at providing you with information regarding the rules and regulations of HIPAA. Successful completion requires a score of 70% or above on the post-test. The five questions evaluation is required to complete the training, your answers to the evaluation will not affect your score. Providers may “attest” to meeting the requirements for this training by utilizing an alternate training program.
