Cultural Competence Online Training FY 10 The training is aimed at providing you with information in an effort to increase cultural competency in the Mental Health field. Cultural issues and communication between the client and provider are a critical part of the success of services. Successful completion requires a score of 70% or above on the post-test. The five questions evaluation is required to complete the training, your answers to the evaluation will not affect your score. Providers may “attest” to meeting the requirements for this training by utilizing an alternate training program. Documentation for the alternative training must be maintained in personnel records at the provider’s agency.
