  12. I have completed the KHS (Provider Manual, Corporate Compliance, Cultural Competence, HIPAA) Online Training for FY 07-08. Do I have to take the KHS (Provider Manual, Corporate Compliance, Cultural Competence, HIPAA) Online Training for FY 08-09?
  1. Forgot my password / Sign-In name.
  1. The default user ID is First initial last name and password is your first name all in lowercase with no spaces.

    Example:  Jane Smith
    User ID:  jsmith
    Password:  jane

  2. If you don't remember your password, use "Forget Password" link, located on the Sign-In page, to reset your password.
  2. Does provider orientation require sign-in?
  1. Yes, you have to become a Registered User of KHS website and register for an individual orientation you would like to attend.
  3. Does member orientation require sign-in?
  1. No, you DO NOT have to become a Registered User of KHS website.
  4. What is Access YOTO?
  1. Access YOTO is one place where you access/manage your and your staff's training records.
  5. User ID and password do not work.

  6. How can I reset my password?
  1. You can change your password by going into "My Information", after you sign-in to the website.
  2. If you don't remember your password, use "Forgot Password" link, located on the Sign-In page, to reset your password.
  3. If you still have problem in sign-in, please contact us at 316-978-5398.
  7. I can't start an online training.
  1. Hold down the control key as you click on "Launch Training" to override the pop-up blocker.
  2. Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if needed.
  3. Contact us at 316-978-5398 and we'll assist you.
  8. How do I Become a Registered User?
  1. Please follow the instructions provided in the Tipsheet (Become a Registered User).
  9. How can I see which trainings I am signed up for?
  1. You can view those trainings that you are registered for by Signing into the website.
  2. Click on “Profile Summary” located on the homepage above the Welcome logo.
  3. Here you can view the Online and Event trainings you are registered for.
  4. You can also withdraw from training and print your Electronic Verification of Attendance form here.
  10. How do I Withdraw / Disenroll / Deregister from training?
  1. On Home page, click Sign-In and use your user name and password to Sign-In to website.
  2. Click on “Profile Summary” located on the homepage above the Welcome logo.
  3. If you wish to withdraw/disenroll/deregister your registration, click on “Withdraw” link for appropriate training.
  11. Can I attend the Provider Manual Orientation before completing the application process?
  1. Yes – you can attend the Provider Manual Orientation before the application process is completed.
  2. To register for a training Sign-In to the website.
  3. Click on the Provider Orientation Schedule.
  4. Click the blue “View Schedule” button.
  5. Identify the training you would like to attend.
  6. Click on the blue “Register by”.
  7. Review the application. If correct click submit.
12.  I have completed the KHS (Provider Manual, Corporate Compliance, Cultural Competence, HIPAA) Online Training for FY 07-08. Do I have to take the KHS (Provider Manual, Corporate Compliance, Cultural Competence, HIPAA) Online Training for FY 08-09?
  1. Yes, all KHS trainings must be completed each fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
