1. Forgot my password / Sign-In name.
|

- The default member ID is first initial last name with no space, hyphen or any special character and password is your first name all in lowercase with no spaces.
Example: Jane Smith
User ID: jsmith
Password: jane
- If you don't remember your password, use "Forget Password" link, located on the Sign-In page, to reset your password.

2. Does provider orientation require sign-in?
|
|
- Yes, you have to become a Registered User of KHS website and register for an individual orientation you would like to attend.
|

| 3. Does member orientation require sign-in? |
|
- No, you DO NOT have to become a Registered User of KHS website.
|
|
|
|

| 4. What is Access YOTO? |
|
- Access YOTO is one place where you access/manage your and your staff's training records.
|
|
|
|

| 6. How can I reset my password? |
|
- You can change your password by going into "My Information", after you sign-in to the website.
- If you don't remember your password, use "Forgot Password" link, located on the Sign-In page, to reset your password.

| 7. I can't start an online training. |
|
- Hold down the control key as you click on "Launch Training" to override the pop-up blocker.
- Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Close all the browsers before starting online training again.
- Contact us at 316-978-5398 and we'll assist you.

- Please follow the instructions provided in the Tipsheet (Become a Registered User).

| 10. How can I see which trainings I am signed up for? |
|
- You can view those trainings that you are registered for by Signing into the website.
- Click on “Profile Summary” located on the homepage above the Welcome logo.
- Here you can view the Online and Event trainings you are registered for.
- You can also withdraw from training and print your Electronic Verification of Attendance form here.

| 11. How do I Withdraw / Disenroll / Deregister from training? |
|
- On Home page, click Sign-In and use your user name and password to Sign-In to website.
- Click on “Profile Summary” located on the homepage above the Welcome logo.
- If you wish to withdraw/disenroll/deregister your registration, click on “Withdraw” link for appropriate training.

- Yes, all KHS trainings must be completed each fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
