EDS will provide a list of Medicaid Recipients to Kansas Health Solutions; an estimated 300,000 individuals. An informational letter and Member Handbook will be distributed to each Member via mail, or Community Mental Health Centers will distribute handbooks to Members currently receiving services in the local communities.
